Goal 2025: 60% hold degrees, certificates

Lumina Foundation’s Goal 2025 aims to increase the percentage of Americans who hold high-quality degrees, credentials and certificates to 60 percent by 2025. “Higher education is a prerequisite to success in a knowledge-based society and economy,” Lumina believes.

Jamie Merisotis, the foundation president, talks about influencing the public will for change.
